KindWired ("we", "us", or "our") operates CallCoach. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

Information we collect

When you use CallCoach we may collect:

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up
Call practice data — your practice call transcripts, scores, and coaching feedback
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details
Usage data — how you interact with the app (call counts, features used, streak data)
Device information — browser type, operating system, and device type

How we use your information

To provide and improve the CallCoach service
To generate AI-powered coaching feedback on your practice calls
To manage your account and subscription
To send you important service updates and trial reminders
To display leaderboard scores (only if you opt in)

AI and your call data

Your practice call conversations are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate prospect responses and coaching feedback. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data. We do not use your call content to train AI models. Practice call transcripts are stored securely in your account and are only accessible by you.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase — our database and authentication provider
Anthropic — to process AI requests (call transcripts only)
Stripe — to process payments
Vercel — to host the application

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at support@kindwired.com.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on all database tables. We never store payment card details.

Children's privacy

CallCoach is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@kindwired.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice.
