These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallCoach, operated by KindWired ("we", "us", or "our"). By using CallCoach you agree to these Terms.

The service

CallCoach is an AI-powered sales training application that lets you practice cold calls with a simulated AI prospect and receive coaching feedback. The service is provided "as is" and we may update or modify features at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use CallCoach
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

Free tier and Pro subscription

CallCoach offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription at $19/month.

• Free tier — 3 practice calls per day, 3 prospect personas, General industry only
• Pro trial — 7-day free trial with full access. A valid payment method is required to start the trial
• Pro subscription — $19/month, billed automatically after the trial ends
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months

Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a trial or subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails your Pro access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@kindwired.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use CallCoach for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal use
• Submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content during practice calls
• Attempt to circumvent free tier limits through multiple accounts

AI-generated content

CallCoach uses AI to generate prospect responses and coaching feedback. This content is for practice and educational purposes only. AI coaching feedback does not constitute professional sales consulting advice. Results from practice may vary.

Intellectual property

CallCoach and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by KindWired and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

CallCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI coaching feedback will improve your sales performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KindWired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CallCoach. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CallCoach after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
